About STUDIO euclid
STUDIO euclid is a Nairobi-based design studio working with clients in Kenya and internationally.
The website provides information about our work, capabilities, services, process and selected projects. It also allows prospective clients to submit project enquiries and schedule conversations with STUDIO euclid.
These Terms govern your use of the website at studioeuclid.com. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website.
Use of the website
You may use the website for lawful purposes, including:

A specific project only becomes binding when the relevant parties enter into an applicable agreement.
Professional services
Information about STUDIO euclid’s services on the website is not itself an offer requiring STUDIO euclid to accept every project enquiry. Project enquiries are reviewed individually.
We may decline an enquiry where:

- —There is a conflict of interest
- —The project does not align with our services
- —We do not have capacity
- —The proposed terms are not commercially suitable
- —We otherwise reasonably determine that the project is not an appropriate fit
Client agreements
Where you engage STUDIO euclid for professional services, the project will be governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, statement of work, quotation or other applicable contract. That agreement may establish scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms, timelines, revisions, approvals, intellectual property, licensing, confidentiality, cancellation, termination, client responsibilities, third-party services and other project-specific terms.
If a separate client agreement conflicts with these Website Terms in relation to a specific project, the applicable client agreement will govern that project.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the STUDIO euclid website and its content are owned by or licensed to STUDIO euclid. This includes, where applicable: the logo and brand elements; website design and layout; written content; original graphics; photography created or commissioned by STUDIO euclid; illustrations; animations; code; visual systems; and other original creative material.
You may view and access this content for personal or internal business purposes.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, license or commercially exploit STUDIO euclid’s website content without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits such use.
Portfolio work
Portfolio projects shown on the website may belong to STUDIO euclid, its clients, or other rights holders. The presence of a project on the website does not mean that all intellectual property rights in that project belong to STUDIO euclid.
Third-party trademarks, logos, photographs, fonts, products and other assets remain the property of their respective owners.
Portfolio work is displayed for the purpose of demonstrating STUDIO euclid’s professional experience, subject to applicable client agreements and confidentiality obligations.
Trademarks
STUDIO euclid and its branding are used in connection with the studio’s business. You may not use STUDIO euclid’s name, logo or other distinctive branding in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, partnership or affiliation without written permission.
Third-party names, logos and trademarks displayed on the website belong to their respective owners.
Project enquiries
Submitting an enquiry through the website does not create a client relationship, partnership, agency relationship or other contractual relationship.
Information submitted through an enquiry form will be handled in accordance with the STUDIO euclid Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.
Scheduling
The website may provide access to third-party scheduling services. Scheduling a call does not guarantee that STUDIO euclid will accept a project or enter into a contract.
The availability displayed by a scheduling service may change.
Third-party scheduling services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

STUDIO euclid does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, their content, availability, security, privacy practices or terms. Your use of third-party services is governed by the terms applicable to those services.

The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, hosting issues, security incidents, network problems, third-party service failures, or events outside our reasonable control.

These limitations apply to the website itself and do not override liability provisions contained in a separate client agreement.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful or unauthorised use of the website or your violation of these Terms.
This provision does not require you to indemnify STUDIO euclid for losses caused by STUDIO euclid’s own unlawful conduct.

We may update, change, remove or add website content, features or services at any time. We may also update these Terms when necessary. The latest version will be published on this page.
Your continued use of the website after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute concerning these Website Terms will be subject to the applicable jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally possible. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
No waiver
If STUDIO euclid does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean that STUDIO euclid has waived its right to enforce that provision later.
Entire website terms
These Terms constitute the terms governing your general use of the STUDIO euclid website. They do not replace any separate written agreement governing professional services provided by STUDIO euclid.
